Podcasts vary in their level of professional production. Some podcasts are downloadable versions of national radio programs while others are companions to shows or personalities from other media. You can search and find podcasts on nearly any subject from entrepreneurialism, sales, marketing, real estate, social media or lead generation. If you are new to podcasts, take a look at your smartphone.
Most smartphones have a pre-loaded podcast player app. On iPhones, the podcast app comes preloaded and connects to iTunes. If you type "real estate" into the search bar, you will see at least 40 results. Type in "real estate agent" and you will see a whole other group of podcasts. At first, you will need to listen to many different podcasts to get a feel for what you like the most. It is a personal choice. Sometimes the content is what will be most interesting to you, other times the personality of the host will make a difference.
